Almocarabe project proposes a strategy based on the definition of exchange surfaces, that act as links between the river bank, the existing district and the new one. These surfaces are a serie of interweave strips, built-up space and urban space, that generate the transversal permeability between Fray Albino and the river. These strips, typological strips and green strips, are conceived one related to another. The aim is to create a place to live in, that is opened to the river and that opens-up the sourrounding neighbourhoods to it.
