The theatre of Estepona will be the linking piece between the historical city centre and the new developed area. As an old path from a river, it is also related to the mountains and to the mediterranean see. The project tries to explore the potential of a natural element within the city. The volume relates to the old city and the new city with its different hights and by creating  a public space, "the plaza," that links in a fluid relation the sea promenade with the interior of the building. The façades hosting the plaza are dressed with a vegetal motive in printed glass, generating a fresh green atmosphere both inside and outside.
