The proposition gives a precise answer not only to the location and programme, but also to housing, seen as both an individual right and a collective wish. Made of two volumes, a high one for the identical floors of bedrooms of the student residence and a lower one for the links with the surrounding area and nature, that has a terraced garden on top. Bedrooms are facing East-West, taking advantage of open views. the facade North has an artistic content: different circles defining a transition between public spaces and the inside, like a piece of the building as a gift to the city.
